Run for Congo Women Tempe/Phoenix is a 5K run/walk benefiting Women for Women International for their programs in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Women for Women International provides women survivors of war, civil strife and other conflicts with the tools and resources to move from crisis and poverty to stability and self-sufficiency, thereby promoting viable civil societies.

One Million Bones

  

In Spring of 2013,  one million bones - made by artists, activists, students and YOU - will flood our nation's capital.

 

One Million Bones is a collaborative art installation designed to recognize the millions of victims and survivors who have been killed or displaced by ongoing genocides and mass atrocities in Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Burma.  For One Million Bones to realize its vision, we need people to create and donate bones for this event.  For more information about One Million Bones go to:
